  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags

Step 2: Package & Ship

Once approved, you’ll receive:

  • Return authorization number (RMA)
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address (our warehouse in Castaic, CA)

Important: Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of your package. Unmarked returns may experience processing delays.

Step 3: Inspection & Resolution

Our RC specialists will inspect returned items within 3 business days of receipt. You’ll receive email confirmation when:

  • Your refund is processed
  • Your exchange is shipped
  • Or if there’s any issue with your return

Non-Returnable Performance Components

To maintain quality standards for all RC racers, these items cannot be returned:

  • Adhesive/Tape (opened packages)
  • Body Sets with removed protective film
  • Batteries (for safety reasons)
  • Body Detailing products (once opened)

Defective items in these categories will be replaced at our discretion.

International Returns

For our global RC community outside Asia and restricted regions:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be issued in USD
