Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx)
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Flat rate: $12.95 USD
- Recommended for time-sensitive orders
Free Shipping (EMS)
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
- Available for orders over $50 USD
- Economical option for non-urgent deliveries
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on customs processing in your country. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian and remote regions.
Returns & Exchanges
Just like fine-tuning your RC setup, we’ve optimized our returns process for maximum efficiency.
Key Return Details
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags
- Process Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Shipping: Customer pays return shipping (except for defective items)

Step 2: Package & Ship
Once approved, you’ll receive:
- Return authorization number (RMA)
- Shipping instructions
- Return address (our warehouse in Castaic, CA)
Important: Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of your package. Unmarked returns may experience processing delays.
Step 3: Inspection & Resolution
Our RC specialists will inspect returned items within 3 business days of receipt. You’ll receive email confirmation when:
- Your refund is processed
- Your exchange is shipped
- Or if there’s any issue with your return

Like tuning your RC car’s suspension, we’ve optimized our refund process:

Non-Returnable Performance Components
To maintain quality standards for all RC racers, these items cannot be returned:
- Adhesive/Tape (opened packages)
- Body Sets with removed protective film
- Batteries (for safety reasons)
- Body Detailing products (once opened)
Defective items in these categories will be replaced at our discretion.
International Returns
For our global RC community outside Asia and restricted regions:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds will be issued in USD
