We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging with all tags. Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective.

2. Receive return authorization (RMA) and instructions
3. Ship items to our Castaic, CA warehouse with RMA clearly marked

5.3 Refunds

Refunds process within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
